" التثقيف المعرفي ودوره في صناعة الشخصية العراقية وفي بناء مجتمع المواطنة" دراسة تحليلية

الملخص
الملخص تمثل المعرفة قدرة الفرد على استيعاب وإدراك ما يدور حوله من حقائق. لذلك تتشكل البنية الذهنية للفرد في اطارها الارتقائي من خلال السعي الى احتواء الحياة الاجتماعية بصيغ تجمع الاتجاهات المعرفية. اما اليوم ونحن نعيش تطورات معرفية وتكنولوجية انفجارية، تتخللها تغيرات سريعة قد تطال المنظومة القيمية في مجتمعاتنا العربية، مما تخلق ابعاداً على مستوى الفرد والمؤسسة والمجتمع، فانه لابد من التثقيف المعرفي بقصد الوصول الى اعادة انتاج الذات الانسانية، والمساهمة في بناء شخصية متعددة الابعاد. لذلك يمكن ان يكون ذلك حلاً تنموياً قد يسهم في بيان الصيغة السلوكية المناسبة لما نطمح اليه في الشخصية، وبما يلائم واقع المجتمع العربي ومنه العراقي. وعليه ارتأينا اجراء هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء على دور العملية التثقيفية بجانبها المعرفي في صناعة الشخصية في ظل متغيرات العصر. ومعرفة ابعادها وانعكاساتها على الذات، فضلا عن مدى توظيفها تنموياً في بناء مفهوم المواطنة في مجتمعنا العراقي. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الى عدد من النتائج منها، ان العملية التثقيفية تؤدي دورا مهما في بناء الشخصية بجانبها المعرفي والفكري، بالشكل الذي يؤثر في الذات العراقية ويسمو بها الى فهم ايجابي بنّاء لمفهوم المواطنة، وتوظيفه في تنمية المجتمع. واشتملت الدراسة على اربعة مباحث مع مقدمة وخاتمة. Summary Knowledge represents the individual's ability to assimilate and perceive the facts around him. Therefore, the mental structure of the individual is formed in its evolutionary framework by seeking to contain social life in formulas that combine cognitive trends. Today, as we live explosive cognitive and technological developments, punctuated by rapid changes that may affect the value system in our Arab societies, which create dimensions at the level of the individual, the institution and society. It is necessary to educate knowledge in order to reach the reproduction of the human self, and to contribute to building a multi-dimensional personality. Therefore, this could be a developmental solution that may contribute to clarifying the appropriate behavioral formula for what we aspire to in the personality, and in a manner that suits the reality of Arab society, including the Iraqi one. Accordingly, we decided to conduct this study with the aim of shedding light on the role of the educational process and its cognitive aspect in creating personality in light of the changes of the times. And knowledge of its dimensions and repercussions on the self, as well as the extent of its developmental employment in building the concept of citizenship in our Iraqi society. This is based on the descriptive analytical method. And it reached a number of results, including that the educational process plays an important role in building the personality with its cognitive and intellectual aspect, in a way that affects the Iraqi self and elevates it to a positive, constructive understanding of the concept of citizenship, and its use in the development of society. The study included four sections with an introduction and a conclusion.
