The Concepts Of Trial And Victory In The Holy Qur’an And Their Impact On The Ummah’s Awareness Of The Gaza Cause

Authors : Adila Abdelkahar .

Abstract

This research aims to explore the Qur'anic concepts of trial (ibtilā’) and victory (naṣr), and their impact on the Islamic Ummah’s awareness regarding the Gaza cause. The study analyzes relevant Qur’anic verses to demonstrate how trials serve as divine tests that strengthen faith, and how true victory encompasses more than military success. The findings reveal that proper understanding of these concepts reinforces steadfastness, hope, and resilience within the Ummah. Moreover, Qur’anic awareness helps shape public and intellectual stances toward Gaza in a conscious and constructive manner, avoiding despair and reactionary attitudes.
