Abstract: .This research presents a critical study of the anthropological approach in studying Quranic narratives. The study examines the validity of this approach and its methodological challenges in dealing with the sacred text. The research problem focuses on evaluating the compatibility of anthropological approaches with the unique nature of Quranic stories. The study adopts multiple methodologies, including descriptive, analytical, and critical approaches, to examine various anthropological interpretations of Quranic narratives. It aims to establish methodological controls which respect the sanctity of the Quranic text while benefiting from contemporary analytical tools. The research concludes by proposing a disciplined anthropological approach that combines modern methodological tools with Islamic principles in studying Quranic stories. This approach maintains the balance between contemporary analytical methods and the sacred nature of the Quranic text.
