الجهود الجزائرية لمواجهة الهشاشة الأمنية في منطقة الساحل: التحدي والإستجابة

الملخص
الملخص: التحديات التي تواجه الجزائر في الساحل متصاعدة ومعقدة، يفرض عليها الاهتمام بالوضع في احتواء مشاكل المنطقة في ظل الهشاشة الأمنية التي تشهدها، سواء ما تعلق بالفشل الدولاتي أو الانقلابات العسكرية وما نتج عنها من تهديدات لاتماثلية متشابكة تعدت البيئة الإقليمية، ما يستدعي تكاثف الجهود لمواجهة هذه التهديدات، وتعتبر المساعي الجزائرية للحفاظ على استقرار المنطقة ومنع التدخلات الأجنبية والحيال دون نقل التهديدات لداخل الحدود الجزائرية بأدوات مختلفة من الضرورة الملحة في المنطقة. حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية منطقة الساحل، وتتبع الجهود الجزائرية لمواجهة الهشاشة الأمنية في المنطقة ، ثم تبيان أثر الإنقلابات العسكرية على الجهود الجزائرية، وكيف أصبحت الإنقلابات عامل كبح للجهود في المنطقة وتفرض إيجاد أدوات جديدة لفرض الأمن والاستقرار الحفاظ عليه. Abstract: The challenges facing Algeria in the Sahel are increasingly complex and multidimensional, compelling it to give sustained attention to the region in order to contain its escalating crises amid prevailing security fragility. This fragility is reflected in state failure, recurrent military coups, and the emergence of interconnected asymmetric threats that transcend the regional environment. Such conditions necessitate intensified and coordinated efforts to confront these evolving risks. Within this context, Algeria’s endeavors to preserve regional stability, prevent foreign interference, and avert the spillover of threats into its own territory—through a variety of diplomatic, security, and developmental instruments—constitute a strategic imperative. This study aims to underscore the strategic importance of the Sahel region, trace Algeria’s efforts to address its security fragility, and analyze the impact of military coups on Algeria’s regional posture. These coups have increasingly acted as obstacles to Algeria’s initiatives, necessitating the formulation of new tools and mechanisms to reassert and maintain security and stability in the region.
