الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع النافذة الإسلامية للبنك الوطني الجزائري – وكالة تقرت– مع التطرق إلى مختلف التحديات والعقبات التي تواجهها، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بالنوافذ الإسلامية، كما تم استخدام منهج دراسة حالة، لأننا بصدد الوقوف على واقع النافذة الإسلامية للبنك. واستندت الدراسة إلى سجلات الوكالة وتقاريرها الداخلية، بالإضافة إلى مقابلات مع المسؤولين المعنيين خلال فترة الدراسة. وبعد معالجة الموضوع أظهرت النتائج أن النافذة الإسلامية للبنك سجَّلت زيادة في أعداد الحسابات وحجم التمويلات الإسلامية خلال فترة الدراسة، ما يعكس قدرتها على استقطاب السيولة، كما خلصت إلى أن النافذة الإسلامية للبنك تواجه العديد من العراقيل والتحديات من أبرزها: ضعف الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي ونقص الموارد البشرية المؤهلة، مما يحد من قدرتها على التوسع والمنافسة. This study aims to shed light on the current status of the Islamic window of the National Bank of Algeria — Touggourt branch — and to examine the various challenges and obstacles it faces. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach as appropriate for presenting concepts related to Islamic windows, and it employed a case-study method to investigate the window’s actual situation. The research relied on the branch’s records and internal reports, in addition to interviews with the relevant officials conducted during the study period. After analysis, the findings indicate that the Islamic window recorded increases in both the number of accounts and the volume of Islamic financing over the study period, which reflects its ability to attract liquidity. The study also concluded that the window faces several impediments and challenges, the most prominent of which are a weak legal and regulatory framework and a shortage of qualified human resources, limiting its capacity for expansion and competition.
