الملخص
ملخص: عرفت مصر أعقاب أحداث 2014 والإطاحة بأول رئيس مدني منتخب، تراجعا كبيرا في مكتسبات التحول الديمقراطي لثورة 25 يناير، خاصة ما تعلق ببيئة ومقومات نشاط المجتمع المدني. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتحديد انعكاس تلك الأحداث والتطورات على المجتمع المدني في مصر، انطلاقا من رصد وتحليل تغيٌر البيئة القانونية للمجتمع المدني في مصر بعد 2014، وتقييم أثرها ونتائجها عليه. تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن البيئة القانونية أصبحت أكثر تضييقا وأقل تمكينا لمنظمات المجتمع المدني، خاصة على صعيد نشاطها الحقوقي والتنموي حيث باتت أقل حضورا وتأثيرا. الكلمات المفتاحية: المجتمع المدني؛ المنظمات غير الحكومية؛ مصر؛ البيئة القانونية. Abstract: Following the events of 2014 and the ouster of the first elected civilian president, Egypt experienced a significant setback in the democratic gains of the January 25 Revolution, particularly with regard to the framework and foundations of civil society activity. This study aims to determine the impact of these events and developments on civil society in Egypt, based on monitoring and analyzing changes in the legal framework for civil society in Egypt after 2014 and assessing their impact and consequences. The results of the study show that the legal framework has become more restrictive and less enabling for civil society organizations, especially in terms of their human rights and development activities, where they have become less present and influential.
