الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف الإمكانيات التكاملية بين نظرية الفاعل-الشبكة (Actor-Network Theory) والواقعية النقدية (Critical Realism) في تطوير فهم أعمق وأكثر تعقيدًا للظواهر التنظيمية المعاصرة، من خلال تحليل إبستيمولوجي ومنهجي مقارن، يكشف البحث عن كيفية تكامل الأنطولوجيا المسطحة لـ ANT - التي تتتبع الفاعلين البشريين وغير البشريين في شبكات ديناميكية - مع الأنطولوجيا العميقة للواقعية النقدية التي تسعى لكشف الآليات البنيوية الكامنة وراء الظواهر التنظيمية. تُظهر النتائج أن التكامل المنهجي بين المقاربتين يمكن أن ينتج إطارًا تحليليًا متعدد المستويات يجمع بين التتبع الميكرو-شبكي للتفاعلات اليومية والتفسير الماكرو-بنيوي للقوى المهيكلة، مما يفتح آفاقًا جديدة أمام الباحثين في سوسيولوجيا التنظيم لفهم كيف تتشكل المؤسسات، وكيف تعيد إنتاج نفسها، وكيف تتحول في ظل التحديات التكنولوجية والاجتماعية المعاصرة. Abstract: This study seeks to explore the integrative potential between Actor-Network Theory (ANT) and Critical Realism in developing a deeper and more nuanced understanding of contemporary organizational phenomena. Through a comparative epistemological and methodological analysis, the research reveals how the flat ontology of ANT—which traces human and non-human actors within dynamic networks—can be articulated with the deep ontology of Critical Realism, which aims to uncover the structural mechanisms underlying organizational realities. The findings demonstrate that a methodological integration of the two approaches can generate a multi-level analytical framework that combines the micro-network tracing of everyday interactions with the macro-structural explanation of shaping forces. This opens new avenues for researchers in the sociology of organization to better understand how institutions are formed, how they reproduce themselves, and how they transform in the face of contemporary technological and social challenges.
