اضطرابات الإنتاج الشفهي عند أطفال طيف التوحد: مقاربة تحليلية لغوية.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن اضطرابات الانتاج الشفهي عند أطفال طيف التوحد، من خلال تحليل العينة اللغوية لـ 10 أطفال تم تشخيصهم من طرف طبيب الأمراض العقلية للأطفال، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 4 إلى 10 سنوات. إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي حيث تم عرض المستويات اللغوية وجميع الاضطرابات في كل مستوى، كما تم جمع عينات من الإنتاجات اللفظية للأطفال وتحليلها وفقا للاضطرابات المعروضة، مع تحديد تشخيص لغوي إنتاجي لكل حالة. أظهرت النتائج وجود تباين واضح في أداء الأطفال وغياب تجانس الاضطرابات الانتاجية لديهم، وهذا ما يؤكد التنوع الفردي داخل الطيف، مما يستدعي تبني مقاربة أرطوفونية قائمة على بناء النية التواصلية قبل تطوير البنية الشكلية للغة، وتؤكد الدراسة أيضا على أهمية التحليل اللغوي كأداة تشخيص وطريقة لتوجيه المسار التأهيلي. This study aims to identify oral production disorders in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through the analysis of language samples collected from ten children aged between 4 and 10 years, all diagnosed by a child psychiatrist. The study adopted a descriptive–analytical methodology, presenting the different linguistic levels and the potential disorders associated with each level. Verbal productions were collected from the participants and analyzed according to the identified linguistic disturbances, with the goal of establishing a specific linguistic production profile for each child. The results revealed a clear variability in children’s linguistic performance and a lack of homogeneity in their productive disorders, confirming the presence of individual diversity within the autism spectrum. The study recommends adopting a speech-language approach that prioritizes the construction of communicative intent before focusing on the formal structure of language. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of linguistic analysis as both a diagnostic tool and a means of guiding the therapeutic and rehabilitative process for children with ASD.
