دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في انتشار ظاهرة الخلع الزوجي

الملخص
ملخص: إن الحديث عن أثر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في استفحال ظاهرة الخلع في المجتمعات الإسلامية بات أمرا ملحا فقد تغيرت أنماط التفاعل الإنساني عموما والأسري خصوصا، من خلال الاستخدام المفرط وغير المنضبط لهذه الوسائل الذي مس استقرار الأسر وساهم في تفشي ظاهرة الخلع، انطلاقا من هذا جاءت هذه الدراسة للإسهام في اقتراح الحلول المناسبة لمنع استفحال ظاهرة الخلع؛ وتقصيد هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية الخطيرة بالبحث في أهم أبعاد وجذور هذه العوامل والأسباب المساعدة على دفع المرأة لإزالة النكاح الذي وصفه الله تعالى بالميثاق الغليظ، والتي أدت إلى استفحال ظاهرة الخلع خاصة وأنها في ارتفاع متزايد في السنوات الأخيرة بفعل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وتأثيرها على الأسرة المسلمة عموما و الجزائرية خصوصا، اعتمادا على المنهج التحليلي والاستقصائي، الذي كشف أن أهم أسباب انتشار ظاهرة الخلع هو ما يتيحه العالم الرقمي من فضاءات للتواصل العاطفي والعلاقات غير الشرعية وكذا من خلال المقارنات مع الصور المثالية التي تعرض عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و التي ساهمت في التفكك الأسري فتوصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: ضرورة تأهيل الزوجين وتوعيتهما بتظافر جهود مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية بمخاطر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. Abstract : Discussing the impact of social media and its role in the spread of divorce in Islamic societies has become urgent, as patterns of human interaction in general, and family interaction in particular, have changed due to the excessive and uncontrolled use of these media, which has affected family stability and contributed to the spread of divorce. Based on this, this study aims to contribute to proposing appropriate solutions to prevent the spread of divorce. and to address this dangerous social phenomenon by researching the most important dimensions and roots of the factors and causes that push women to dissolve marriages, which Allah has described as a solemn covenant, and which have led to the spread of khul', especially as it has been on the rise in recent years due to social media and its impact on Muslim families in general and Algerian families in particular. Based on an analytical and investigative approach, which revealed that the most important reasons for the spread of khul' are the opportunities provided by the digital world for emotional communication and illicit relationships, as well as comparisons with the ideal images presented on social media, which have contributed to family breakdown, we have reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: The need to educate and raise awareness among couples, with the combined efforts of social institutions, about the dangers of social media.
