ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد علاقة المعلومة بالسياسة العامة و بإتخاذ القرار, أي كيف يتم توظيف المعلومة في إتخاذ القرار و في رسم السياسة العامة؟ نظرا لكون المعلومة أداة أساسية في الحياة البشرية ,فإن ما يجعل المعلومات ذات قيمة هو القدرة على إستخدامها من قبل صناع القرار في إتخاذ قرارات مدروسة و صحيحة ,حيث يعتمدون على المعلومات الدقيقة و المحدثة لتوجيه إستراتيجياتهم وإتخاذ قرارات حاسمة للتعامل مع الأحداث و الأزمات,و بإعتبار أن دراسة السياسة العامة تعنى بالطريقة التي تطورت من خلالها أساليب عمل الحكومات في كيفية إتخاذ القرارو ممارسة النشاطات ,فإن تاثير المعلومة في رسم السياسة العامة و في إتخاذ القرار و خاصة في الجزائر بارز و جلي. : Abstract the current study aims to determine the relationship of information to public policy and decision- making that is, how ؟is information used in decision- making and in formulating public policy Given that information is a essential tool in human life, what makes information valuable is the ability to use it by decision makers to make informed and correct decisions, as they rely on accurate and updated information to guide their strategies and make decisive decisions to deal with events and crises.
