الملخص

الملخص: تعتبر هيئة الأمم المتحدة فاعل أساسي في مجال حماية البيئة وهذا نظرا لدورها الكبير في هذا المجال، خاصة بعد التدهور الذي أصاب البيئة. فمسألة حماية البيئة من المواضيع التي نالت حصة كبيرة من الاهتمام العالمي، كونها عالمية التأثير، تقع على عاتق الجميع دون استثناء، مما يستوجب التعاون الدولي والذي أفرز العديد في موضوع حماية البيئة كعقد المؤتمرات والاتفاقيات. فلهذا هناك الكثير من الجدل بخصوص تأثير التجارة الدولية على البيئة، ويرجع ذلك إلى التطورات التي طرأت على عمليات تحرير التجارة الدولية والاتفاقيات الإقليمية والدولية من جهة، وإلى التدهورات المستمرة التي تعاني منها بيئتنا من جهة أخرى. إن المتمعن في السياسات التجارية والسياسات البيئية، يجد أن الهدف النهائي لكل منها، يتمثل في تحقيق احتياجات ومتطلبات الانسان والحفاظ على أمنه وسلامته. في حين لا يمكن التصور بأن الاسنان العاقل قد يقبل بمبادلات تجارية دولية من شأنها تسبب مشاكل بيئية، وإلا فان الحياة على الأرض تكون مستحيلة، ومن ثمة كانت مؤتمرات هيئة الأمم المتحدة العديد من المحاولات لفرض حدود على تحرير التجارة الدولية. الكلمات المفتاحية: هيئة الأمم المتحدة – حماية البيئة –تحرير التجارة الدولية Abstract: The United Nations is considered a major player in the field of environmental protection, given its great role in this field, especially after the deterioration that affected the environment. The issue of environmental protection is one of the topics that has received a large share of global attention, as it has a global impact, and falls on the shoulders of everyone without exception, which requires international cooperation, which has resulted in many on the subject of environmental protection, such as holding conferences and agreements. That is why there is a lot of controversy regarding the impact of international trade on the environment, due to the developments that have occurred in the processes of liberalization of international trade and regional and international agreements on the one hand, and to the continuous deterioration that our environment suffers from on the other. The one who examines the trade and environmental policies will find that the ultimate goal of each is to achieve the needs and requirements of the human being and maintain his security and safety. While it is unimaginable that the wise tooth would accept international trade exchanges that would cause environmental problems, otherwise life on Earth would be impossible, and hence the United Nations conferences were many attempts to impose limits on the liberalization of international trade.
