Islam affirms a woman's right to work in professions that align with her abilities and natural disposition while establishing regulations to safeguard her dignity and protect her from potential moral challenges. It also emphasizes that employment should not interfere with her familial duties or impose excessive burdens beyond her capacity. Furthermore, legislation grants women the right to stipulate employment as a condition in the marriage contract to ensure the protection of this right. In the modern era, women's employment has sometimes become a necessity due to economic conditions or society's need for specific professions. Despite the various motivations for work, it has both positive and negative consequences that may impact her relationship with her family, including her husband and children.
