العنف الخفي: ظاهرة التنمر في المؤسسات التعليمية- الأسباب والحلول

الملخص
يندرج التنمر المدرسي كظاهرة اجتماعية معقدة تتجذر في البنى الثقافية والاجتماعية للمجتمع، كما يعكس منظومة القيم والسلطة السائدة في الوسطالتربوي والاجتماعي، يتفاعلعديد المؤسسات الاجتماعية من الأسرة، المدرسة، في إنتاج أو القضاءعلى هذا السلوك السلبي، الأمر الذي يستدعي تحليلًا عميقالديناميكية الهيمنة والتنشئة الاجتماعية في مواجهة هذه الظاهرة، ومن خلال هذه الورققة البحثية أشرنا الى حتمية الحلول العقابية، واعتماد إستراتيجية شاملة في تعزيز التربية القائمة على الاحترام والتفاعل الناجع، مع التأكيد على صياغة الخطاب التربوي والإعلامي، مع دور المجتمع ككل في المساعدة على بناء بيئة مدرسية أكثر ملائمة وأمان،للتحقيق تكامل اجتماعي أكثر توازنًا داخل المحيط المدرسي . School bullying is a complex social phenomenon deeply rooted in the cultural and social structures of society. It reflects the prevailing system of values and power within educational and social settings. Various social institutions, including the family and school, play a crucial role in either fostering or eliminating this negative behavior. Addressing this issue requires a deep analysis of dominance dynamics and socialization processes. This research paper highlights the necessity of punitive measures while advocating for a comprehensive strategy that promotes education based on respect and effective interaction. Emphasis is placed on the role of educational and media discourse, along with the collective responsibility of society in creating a er and more suitable school environment. Ultimately, fostering a more balanced social integration within the school saf setting is essential.
