الملخص
الملخص بعد تزايد جرائم العود من الخارجين من المؤسسات العقابية الإصلاحية أدركت السياسات العقابية الحديثة أن التأهيل الصحيح والناجح للمحبوسين يتطلب جملة من الإصلاحات، بعضها يتناول البرامج الإصلاحية داخل وخارج المؤسسات العقابية، وبعضها الآخر ينصب على توفير الحقوق الطبيعية للمساجين، وبعضها الثالث ينصب على إصلاح الجوانب الإدارية لبيئة السجناء، فلكل من الإدارة العقابية، وموظفيها، والمحل الذي تنفذ فيه البرامج الإصلاحية دور لا يستهان به في أي تأهيل ناجح، وفي هذا المقال سوف نتناول إصلاح الجوانب الإدارية المتمثلة في تسيير المؤسسة العقابية، وموظفيها، وكذا الهندسة المعمارية للسجن. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسة العقابية- المساجين- هندسة السجون- موظفو السجن- خصخصة المؤسسة - تخصيص السجون With the increase in recidivism among those leaving correctional institutions, modern penal policies have realized that the correct and successful rehabilitation of prisoners requires a series of reforms, some of which address reform programs inside and outside the correctional institutions, others focus on providing natural rights to prisoners, and a third focus on reforming the administrative aspects of the prisoner environment. The penal administration, its employees, and the place where the reform programs are implemented all play a significant role in any successful rehabilitation. In this article, we will address reforming the administrative aspects represented in the management of the correctional institution, its employees, and the architecture of the prison.
