This research seeks to clarify the idea of Green Jobs (GJ) as a fundamental approach within the green economy framework and to investigate their relevance in offsetting the unfavorable consequences of climate change on the stability of the labor market. Providing adequate job possibilities consistent with economic, social, and environmental sustainability criteria helps to accomplish this; a training and development strategy helps to improve green skills. The research found that a low-carbon economy ecologically viable depends mostly on green employment. This calls for supporting investment, increasing international discussion and collaboration, and benefitting from the knowledge of top nations in the creation and marketing of such employment.
