الأمن الاجتماعي في الشريعة الإسلامية .. الآليات والمآلات

الملخص
ملخص: حرصت الشريعة الإسلامية من خلال فرض تشريعات محددة على توفير الأمن الاجتماعي الذي يستغرق الفرد والمجتمع في الزمان والمكان، وربطت ذلك بعدة آليات عملية تقوم على منح السلطة الحاكمة صلاحية ضبط المجتمع وفرض القوانين، وكذلك تكليف المجتمع بمختلف طوائفه للقيام بواجب الرقابة وكذا الالتزام، من أجل تحقيق أمن شامل تتوفر فيه مقتضيات التعايش السلمي وكذا العدل والتكافل الاجتماعي بما يحقق التطور الحضاري والاقتصادي والعلمي والفكري، ويمنح فرصة للجميع للتعايش مهما كانت الاختلافات. الأمن ، التعايش، السلم، التقبل، الاستقرار ، الاختلاف Abstract: The Islamic Sharia, through the imposition of specific legislations, has been keen on providing social security that benefits both individuals and communities across time and place. It has established various practical mechanisms that empower the governing authority to regulate society and enforce laws. Additionally, it assigns the diverse segments of society the responsibility of supervision and adherence. This is all aimed at achieving comprehensive security, where the prerequisites of peaceful coexistence, justice, and social solidarity are met. This, in turn, facilitates cultural, economic, scientific, and intellectual development, while allowing everyone the opportunity to coexist harmoniously despite their differences. Résumé Le résumé La Charia islamique, à travers l’imposition de législations spécifiques, s’est attachée à garantir la sécurité sociale englobant l’individu et la société à travers le temps et l’espace. Elle a associé cette finalité à plusieurs mécanismes pratiques, conférant à l’autorité gouvernante le pouvoir de réguler la société et d’imposer les lois, tout en chargeant les différentes composantes de la société du devoir de surveillance et de conformité. L’objectif est d’instaurer une sécurité globale répondant aux exigences de la coexistence pacifique, de la justice et de la solidarité sociale, favorisant ainsi le développement civilisationnel, économique, scientifique et intellectuel, tout en offrant à chacun l’opportunité de vivre ensemble, quelles que soient les différences.
