الملخص
عملت قيادة جيش التحرير الوطني خلال المرحلة الأولى للثورة الى القيام بإجراءات تنظيمية وعملياتية لأفراد ووحدات جيش التحرير الوطني، من خلال إصدار عديد التعليمات الداخلية الموجهة خصيصا لتنظيم و ضبط شروط التجنيد بجيش التحرير الوطني وكذا واجبات وحقوق منتسبيه، تدخل هذه الإجراءات ضمن التحضير لعقد مؤتمر الصومام 20 أوت 1956، الذي فصل بدوره عبر أرضيته ومقرراته فيما يخص الجانب الهيكلي والتنظيمي لجيش التحرير الوطني، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول بالاعتماد على وثيقة أرشيفية، وهي عبارة عن تعليمة داخلية صادرة عن جيش التحرير الوطني في شهر أفريل 1956، مسترجعة خلال عملية تازمالت جويلية 1956، بالولاية الثالثة الى تبيان وشرح أهم بنود ومواد القانون الداخلي لجيش التحرير الوطني الواردة فيها . During the First phase of the revolution, the leadership of the National Liberation Army (NLA), worked to implement organizational and operation measures for individuals and units of the National Liberation Army, by issuing several internal instructuins specifically aimed at organizing and controlling the conditions of recruitement in the National Liberation Army as the duties and rights of its members. These mrasures were part of the preparations for the soumam of august20,1956, which in turn, through its platform and decisions, determined the structural and organizational aspects of the National Liberation Army. Through this study, we will attempt, based on an archival document; which is an internal instruction issued bay the National Liberation Army in April 1956, retrieved during the Tazmalt operation in July 1956, during the third term, to clarify and explain the most important articles and clauses of the National Liberation Army’s internal law contained therein.
