Sovereignty’s erosion and decay phenomenon has been observed for years by legal philosophers who called politicians and decision makers for remedy, as the situation has escalated in reason of the digital sphere’s lawless spreading out. The international awareness of the danger cyber-crimes over digital sovereignty needs a responsible international community position, sharing the same values about national security. But expansionist intentions took over some powerful countries common sense, to divert the use of digital tools as lethal weapons. At that point, rational nation-states privileged the defensive approach, under cover of international law, prevailing respect of State’s sovereignty over its whole territory even digital space and frontiers. Algeria, as unwavering peacemaker country preferred the defensive doctrine associated to digital empowerment, by strengthening its legal arsenal and institutional actors.
