الملخص
لم تعد اللغة مجرد وسيلة للتواصل بين الشعوب، ورمزا لهُوية الأفراد والجماعات، بل أصبح ينظر إليها على أنها مصدر من مصادر الدخل، ووسيلة من وسائل السيطرة والنفوذ ورسم السياسات والعلاقات الدولية، لذا أصبح الاستثمار في اللغة لا يقل أهمية عن الاستثمار في الطاقة والمواد الأولية، بل أصبح وجود التنمية الاقتصادية والبشرية ونجاحها رهين بمدى قوة اللغة ونفوذها في السوق العالمية للغات باعتبارها رأس مال يسهم الاستثمار فيه في خلق الثروة وبناء الانسان وإنتاج المعرفة. لذا ارتأينا أن نقف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية على أهمية اللغة ودورها في خلق الثروة وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية انطلاقا من أن التبعية اللغوية تعني التبعية الاقتصادية، ومنه لا يمكن بناء اقتصاد قوي إلا من خلال لغة وطنية قوية تحفظ للأمة وجودها وأمنها الفكري واللغوي والاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاحية: استثمار للغوي، تنمية اقتصادية، تنمية لغوية، تخطيط لساني *** Abstract: Language is no longer just a means of communication between people or a symbol of individual and collective identity, but it is seen as a source of income and a tool of control, influence, and shaping of policies and international relations. Therefore, advanced countries have turned their attention to investing in their national languages and developing them through the adoption of language policies that aimed at updating the language to keep pace with technological advancements, globalization and the digital transformation. Investing in language is now considered just as vital as investing in energy and raw materials, as economic development and success are contingent upon the strength of language and its influence in the global language market, considering language as a capital that contributes to wealth creation, human development, and knowledge production. Therefore, this research paper aims to shed light and explores the significance of language and its role in wealth creation and economic development.
