الجريمة والظروف المجتمعية للسجناء المعاقبين (دراسة ميدانية لبعض المساجين بالمجتمع الجزائري)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: تتبع الظروف المجتمعية للمساجين؛ ومعرفة بؤر الجريمة؛ وكيف يخطط للجريمة. كذلك تسعي لفهم العلاقة بين البيئة والفرد ومدي قابليته للجريمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن: الظروف الاقتصادية هي التي تهدم المبادئ والقيم التي تنشئ عليها الفرد؛ فينحرف بحثا عن قوته وما يقتاته. كذلك التنشئة الاجتماعية الفقيرة والهزيلة التي لا تقوم بتأمين احتياجات الطفل الغريزية كالحنان العطف والرعاية الوالدية السليمة تؤدي بانحراف الطفل؛ لان الطفل لا يدرك انه في موقف غير أخلاقي أو هو يمارس جريمة لأنه تعود على العنف والحرمان والنقص. في الختام جملة الأوضاع الاجتماعية الاقتصادية الماديةوالنفسية للأفراد هي التي تؤدي إلى انحراف الأفراد دون التفكير في العواقب لان التنشئة الاجتماعية لهؤلاء لم تعدد فردا قادرا على إدراك ما سيكون فيما بعد فقط الشعور بما هو أني ولحظي. This study aims to: track the social conditions of prisoners; find out the hotspots of crime; and how crime is planned. It also seeks to understand the relationship between the environment and the individual and the extent of his susceptibility to crime The study reached the conclusion that: social, economic and psychological condition are what destroy the principles and values on which the individual was raised; poor socialization Poor care that does not secure the child's instinctive needs, such as tenderness compassion, and sound parental care, leads to the child's deviance, because the child does not realize that he is in an immoral situation or is committing a crime because he is accustomed to violence, deprivation, and inferiority. In conclusion, the totality of the social, economic, and material conditions of individuals is what leads to individuals deviating without thinking about the consequences, because the socialization of these people did not prepare an individual capable of realizing what will be later only feeling what is immediate and momentary.
