الملخص
باعتبَار أنَّ جَرَائم الفَساد لَيست جرَائِم عَادية أو تقليديّة، فإنه لاَ يمكن معالجتُها باستخدَام الأسَاليب والآليَات التقليدّية، فهي تتَطلبُ تِقنياَت خاَصة وجِهاَت قَضاَئية مُتَخصصة عُرفت بالأَقطاب الجَزائِية المُتَخصِصَة. تَهدِفُ هذه الدِراَسة إلى توضِيح آلياَت اتِصَال الأقطاَب الجزاَئية بجَرائم الفَساد والإجرَاءات القاَنونية التي يجب اتبَاعُها من أَجل إِشعاَر الأقطَاب المتَخَصِصة بمُتابَعة الدَعوى وِفقَ القَانون. Abstract: Since corruption crimes are not ordinary or traditional crimes, they cannot be addressed using traditional methods and mechanisms, as they require special techniques and specialized judicial bodies known as specialized penal poles. This study aims to clarify the mechanisms of communication of the criminal poles with corruption crimes and the legal procedures that must be followed in order to notify the specialized poles to follow up the case in accordance with the law.
