الملخص تُعتبر أوراسيا محورًا للصراع الاستراتيجي بين روسيا والولايات المتحدة نظراً لموقعها الجيوسياسي وأهميتها الاقتصادية. تسعى واشنطن إلى توسيع نفوذها في أوروبا الشرقية ومنطقة القوقاز من خلال دعم حلف الناتو، وهو ما تنظر إليه موسكو كخطر يهدد أمنها القومي. وقد نتج عن ذلك تصاعد في التوترات، بدءًا من أزمة جورجيا عام 2008، مرورًا بضم شبه جزيرة القرم في 2014، وصولًا إلى الحرب المستمرة في أوكرانيا منذ 2022، التي تعدّ أبرز مظاهر هذا التصعيد ويعكس هذا التنافس جانبًا من التغيرات في موازين القوى منذ انتهاء الحرب الباردة، حيث لم يتوقف الصراع بين الطرفين، بل اتخذ أبعادًا متعددة تشمل المجالات العسكرية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية. ويتجلى ذلك في العقوبات المتبادلة، وسباق التسلح، والهجمات السيبرانية، مما أدى إلى تقويض الأمن العالمي وزيادة التوترات الإقليمية، إضافة إلى إضعاف دور المؤسسات الدولية، مثل الأمم المتحدة، واشتداد حدة النزاعات غير المباشرة في مناطق مختلفة في ضوء هذا المشهد المعقّد يبدو أن النظام الدولي يتجه نحو مرحلة جديدة تتسم بالتعددية القطبية وتشكّل كتل وتحالفات جديدة، الأمر الذي يفرض تحديات متزايدة على استقرار الأمن العالمي ما لم تُبذل جهود جدية للتوصل إلى توازن بين القوى الكبرى والحد من مخاطر المواجهة المباشرة . Summary Eurasia is considered a hub of strategic conflict between Russia and the United States due to its geopolitical location and economic importance. Washington seeks to expand its influence in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region by supporting NATO, which Moscow views as a threat to its national security. This has resulted in escalating tensions, starting with the Georgia crisis in 2008, followed by the annexation of Crimea in 2014, and culminating in the ongoing war in Ukraine since 2022, which is the most prominent manifestation of this escalation. This rivalry reflects some of the changes in the balance of power since the end of the Cold War, as the conflict between the two sides has not stopped, but has taken on multiple dimensions, including military, economic, and technological. This is evident in mutual sanctions, arms races, and cyberattacks, which have undermined global security and increased regional tensions, in addition to weakening the role of international institutions such as the United Nations and intensifying indirect conflicts in various regions. In light of this complex landscape, the international system appears to be moving towards a new phase characterized by multipolarity and the formation of new blocs and alliances, which poses increasing challenges to global security stability unless serious efforts are made to strike a balance between the major powers and reduce the risks of direct confrontation.
