A Socio-organizational Reading Of The Reality Of Working Women

Abstract
The phenomenon of work is one of the topics that has attracted unprecedented attention from specialists. The phenomenon of women's entry into the workforce is considered one of the most important of these topics, which has become widespread in the last century, especially in recent years, particularly amidst the wave of socio-cultural and economic changes that the world and Algeria, as one of the countries affected by change have witnessed. Despite the opportunities and advantages that have been made available to them, they continue to face challenges and obstacles within the work environment. Therefore, we will attempt to study the reality of women's work, which we will address in this paper. تُعد ظاهرة العمل من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام غير مسبوق من قِبَل المتخصصين. وتُعتبر ظاهرة دخول المرأة إلى سوق العمل من أهم هذه المواضيع، والتي انتشرت بشكل واسع في القرن الماضي، لا سيما في السنوات الأخيرة، في ظل موجة التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية التي شهدها العالم، والجزائر، كإحدى الدول المتأثرة بها. ورغم الفرص والمزايا التي أُتيحت لها، إلا أنها لا تزال تواجه تحديات ومعوقات داخل بيئة العمل. لذلك، سنحاول دراسة واقع عمل المرأة، وهو ما سنتناوله في هذه الورقة البحثية.
