الملخص
الملخص: تطرح هذه الورقة البحثية قراءة نقدية لتجارب الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني بتونس من منظور علم اجتماع المقاولة،باتجاه فهم طبيعة الظروف والسياقات التاريخية التي تشكّلت في إطارها أبرز تجارب الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني في تونس،ونعني بذلك تجربتي التعاضد الوطنية وواحات جمنة المحلية. فقد ركزت هذه القراءة على استكشاف مقومات الفعل المقاولي في التجربتين وأبعاد المقاولة الاجتماعية من خلال مقاربة كيفية استندت إلى نماذج تحليلية لقياس أبعاد المقاولة والمقاولة الاجتماعية على مستوى التشكّل والممارسة. وقد أفضت القراءة النقدية إلى إن ظاهرة المقاولة تبقى ظاهرة نفسية اجتماعية اقتصادية معقّدة وان تجارب الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني تتاثر كثيرا بمدى اعتبار السياق الاجتماعي او اهماله، فبقدر تجذّر تجارب الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني في سياقها المحلي، وتثمين كل الموارد والإمكانيات المحلية، فإنها تتوفّر على النجاعة والاستدامة. Abstract : This research paper proposes a critical reading of the experiences of the social and solidarity economy in Tunisia from the perspective of the sociology of entrepreneurship, with the aim of understanding the nature of the historical circumstances and contexts within which the most prominent experiences of the social and solidarity economy in Tunisia were formed, by which we mean the experiences of national solidarity and the local oases of Djemna. This reading focused on exploring the components of entrepreneurial action in the two experiments and the dimensions of social enterprise through a qualitative approach based on analytical models to measure the dimensions of enterprise and social enterprise at the level of formation and practice. The critical reading has led to the fact that the phenomenon of entrepreneurship remains a complex psychological, social, and economic phenomenon, and that the experiences of the social and solidarity economy are greatly influenced by the extent to which the social context is taken into account or neglected. To the extent that the experiences of the social and solidarity economy are rooted in their local context, and value all local resources and capabilities, they will be more effective and sustainable.
