ملخص البحث الْحَمد لله رب الْعَالمين وَالصَّلَاة وَالسَّلَام على نَبينَا مُحَمَّد الأسوة الْحَسَنَة وعَلى آله وَصَحبه أَجْمَعِينَ؛ وَبعد: فهذا بحث عن من نسميهم ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة, ومن نقصدهم هو كل انسان به إصابة أو عاهة , ولا نسميه معاق أو غيره من الأسماء والأوصاف المنفرة, وهذه عبارة لطيفة ومؤدبة (ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة), وهؤلاء ينبغي أن نهتم بهم ونعتني بهم وأن نغير نظرتنا لهم لأننا ربما نحن المعاقون لا هم كما سيتبين من البحث, ثم أن الأديان كلها والإسلام خصوصا قد اهتم بهذه الشريحة أيما اهتمام وعناية, وحفظ لهم حقوقهم العينية وحتى المعنوية, ثم إن هذه الإصابة وهذا العوق ربما كان سببا في أن يرفع من شأن أناس خلدهم التأريخ الى يومنا هذا, فهؤلاء موجودون في مجتمعنا وهم أولادنا أو أخواننا أو أقرباؤنا أو جيراننا, واذا لم يكونوا من هؤلاء الأصناف فأنا وأنت والجميع متساوون في أصل خلقتنا وكلنا من بني آدم, نحو مستقبل يضمن لهؤلاء معيشةً واحتراماً وتقديراً ونظرة خالية من كل ازدراء واستعلاء . وسوف نذكر في هذا البحث المعاقون بين الاهتمام والإهمال, وأن الإعاقة هي من قضاء الله وقدره, ومن هو المعاق الحقيقي, والحقوق التشريعية للمعاقين. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاهتمام- العناية- ذوي الاعاقة- رؤية دينية. Research Summary Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the good and his family and companions. This is a search for those we call people with special needs, and their intention is every human being with an injury or disability, and we do not call him disabled or other names and descriptions of reprehensible, and this is a nice and polite (people with special needs), and we should care about them and look after them Because perhaps we disabled people are not as they will be seen from the research, And that all the religions and Islam in particular have been interested in this segment attention and care, and preserve them their rights in kind and even moral, and then this injury and this disability may have raised the interest of people who gave them history to the present day, these are in our society are our children or our brothers Our relatives or our neighbors, and if they are not of these categories, you and I are all equal in the origin of our creation and all of the sons of Adam, towards a future that guarantees such living, respect, appreciation and a look free from all contempt and arrogance. We will mention in this research the disabled between attention and neglect, and that disability is the judgment of God, and who is the real handicap, and the legislative rights of the disabled.
