مراجعة منهجية وتحليل بعدي للخصائص السيكومترية لقائمة الشخصية لـ (icd-11) (picd)

الملخص
سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم الخصائص السيكومترية لقائمة الشخصية المستمدة من التصنيف الدولي للأمراض النسخة الحادية عشر PiCD بطريقة المراجعة المنهجية والتحليل البعدي للدراسات العلمية السابقة. تم البحث باللغتين العربية والانجليزية في قواعد البيانات الإلكترونية ResearchGate Scholar Google ,PsychNet , Pubmed والمنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP بعد تحديد استراتيجية البحث والكلمات المفتاحية في الفترة ما بين 2018 و 2024، وبعد القيام بعملية التعرف والغربلة انطلاقا من معايير التضمين والاستبعاد تم التوصل إلى 08 دراسات منشورة في مجلات علمية محكمة بحجم عينات بلغ (ن= 6789) مشارك من المجتمع العام و(ن= 1737) مشارك من المرضى. توصلت الدراسة إلى تمتع قائمة PiCD بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة عبر مختلف الدراسات المشمولة في المراجعة المنهجية، كما حافظت القائمة على البنية العاملية المكونة لها عبر مختلف الدراسات. نوصي بضرورة القيام بدراسات تقنين وتكييف لقائمة PiCD في البيئة العربية عامة والجزائرية خاصة في عينات ومناطق جغرافية أوسع. The current study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Personality Inventory derived from the International Classification of Diseases, 11th edition (PiCD), through a systematic review and meta-analysis of previous scientific studies. Searches were conducted in both Arabic and English across electronic databases including ResearchGate, Google Scholar, PsychNet, PubMed, and the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP) after establishing the search strategy and keywords, covering the period from 2018 to 2024. Following the identification and screening process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 8 studies published in peer-reviewed journals were included, with sample sizes of (N=6789) participants from the general population and (N=1737) participants from clinical populations. The study found that the PiCD demonstrated good psychometric properties across the various studies included in the systematic review. Furthermore, the inventory maintained its factorial structure across different studies. There is a necessity to conduct standardization and adaptation studies of the PiCD in the Arab environment in general and specifically in Algeria, focusing on samples and broader geographical regions.
