المشاركة السياسية في عصر التفاعلية الرقمية والرمزية الاتصالية: قراءة إسقاطية لنموذج "فيليب برو"

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة المشاركة السياسية في سياق التحولات الاتصالية المعاصرة، من خلال قراءة إسقاطية لنموذج "فيليب برو" الذي يُعد من أبرز النماذج البيروقراطية في تفسير العلاقة بين المواطن والمؤسسة. وقد أظهرت الطفرة الرقمية والتفاعلية الشبكية أن الفعل السياسي لم يعد حكراً على القنوات الرسمية، بل أصبح يتجلى في فضاءات رمزية واتصالية جديدة، مما يطرح إشكاليات نظرية حول مدى قدرة النماذج التقليدية على تفسير هذه الديناميات. من خلال تحليل مفاهيم التفاعلية الرقمية والرمزية الاتصالية، تسعى الدراسة إلى تفكيك حدود البناء المؤسسي في ظل صعود القوة الناعمة، وتبيان كيف تُعيد الوسائط الاتصالية إنتاج المشاركة السياسية خارج الإطار البيروقراطي. This study explores political participation in the context of contemporary communicative transformations, through a projective reading of "Philip Braud's" model, one of the most prominent bureaucratic frameworks for understanding the relationship between citizen and institution. The rise of digital interactivity and symbolic communication has reshaped political action, extending it beyond traditional channels to new symbolic and networked spaces. This shift raises theoretical questions about the capacity of classical models to interpret these evolving dynamics. By analyzing the concepts of digital interactivity and symbolic communication, the study seeks to deconstruct the limits of institutional frameworks in the age of soft power, and to demonstrate how communicative platforms reconfigure political participation outside the bureaucratic paradigm
