Abstract

This research addressed the statement of the Companions which used by ibn Bashir through his book "Ettanbih"; the purpose of this article is to publicize Ibn Bashir; his book; some of his teachers;and his disciple; and about his scientific career; scientist's praise to him; and publicize the doctrine of the Companions and its authoritative in scholars; and extract some words and deeds of the Companions from "Ettanbih" book; which inferred with it by Ibn Bashir in some ancillaries of Fiqh, with giving an examples of this words and statements by one model or more; also the statement of the Companion is a right principle supported by revelation and reason; and it is applicable in reasoning in issues that not provided for in revelation; and it is considered one of The fundamental principles of Imam Malik's Fiqh and his school generally.
