منهج البخاري ومسلم في إخراج الرواة المُتكلم فيهم في الصحيحين، وأساب ذلك

الملخص
هذا البحث يتناول موضوع إخراج البخاري ومسلم للرواة المتكلم فيهم، ذاكراً أبرز الانتقادات التي وجهت للرواة، من حيث الضبط أو العدالة، مع بيان الأسباب التي دعت الشيخين إلى إخراج حديث من تُكلمَ فيه، ونماذج منتقاة من الصحيحين لكيفية إخراج تلك الأحاديث، وخصوصا الشبهة أثيرت حول إخراج صاحبا الصحيحين لرواة متكلم فيهم، مع أنهما التزما الصحة في كتابيهما، ومن خلال المنهج التحليلي، خلص هذا البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: إنّ كون الراوي متكلم فيه لا يساوي أن كل حديثه مردود، وأن البخاري ومسلم رحمهما الله تعالى كانا على درجة عالية من الانتقاء لأحاديث من تُكلم فيهم This research deals with the subject of Al-Bukhari and Muslim’s narration of the narrators spoken of, mentioning the most prominent criticisms directed at the narrators, in terms of accuracy or justice, with an explanation of the reasons that prompted the two sheikhs to narrate the hadith of the one who spoke about it, and selected examples from the two Sahihs of how to narrate those hadiths, especially the suspicious ones. It was raised about the authors of the two Sahihs citing narrators with a speaker in them, even though they committed to authenticity in their books, and through the analytical approach, this research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is: The fact that the narrator is a speaker in it does not equate to the fact that all of his hadiths are rejected, and that Al-Bukhari and Muslim, may God Almighty have mercy on them, were He has a high degree of selection of the conversations of those he speaks to
