انعكاسات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على سوق النفط العالمي خلال سنة 2022

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح الآثار المترتبة عن الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على السوق النفطي العالمي خلال سنة 2022، لذلك ركزت هذه الدراسة على تبيين أثرها على كل من العرض والطلب النفطيين بالإضافة إلى المخزونات الإستراتيجية والتجارية وأسعار النفط، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن اندلاع هذه الحرب خلق صدمة ضربت سوق النفط العالمي، كانت خفيفة الأثر على مستوى حجم الطلب والعرض ، و احتياطات النفط التجارية، وجلية على مخزونات النفط الإستراتيجية التي انخفضت نتيجة استخدامها من أجل خفض أسعار النفط التي تخطت عتبة 100 دولار أمريكي خلال الثلاثي الثاني والثالث من سنة 2022 لتعود للاستقرار خلال الثلاثي الرابع من نفس السنة. This research aims to clarify the effects of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the global oil market during the year 2022, so this study focused on showing its impact on both oil supply and demand in addition to strategic and commercial stocks and oil prices, and the study concluded that the outbreak of this war created a shock that hit the global oil market, which had a light impact on the level of demand and supply, and commercial oil reserves, and evident on strategic oil stocks that decreased as a result of their use from Postpone the reduction of oil prices, which exceeded the threshold of 100 US dollars during the second and third quarters of 2022, to return to stability during the fourth trio of the same year.
