Abstract
Abstract: The settlement of the buildings is a matter of concern to the competent public authorities in Algeria. Executive Decree No. 22-55 is designed to address these concerns. Dunn seeks to settle these buildings, which do not conform to the content of the building permit by simplifying the procedures and establishing a set of conditions that are incompatible. Keywords: Building Settlement, Construction License, Certificate of conformity, achieving conformity. الملخص: إن عملية تسوية البنايات من الأمور التي تشغل السلطات العمومية المختصة في الجزائر، حيث جاء المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 22-55، لمواجهة هذه الانشغالات من خلال السعي إلى تسوية هذه البنايات التي لا تتطابق ومضمون رخصة البناء من خلال تبسيطه للإجراءات و تحديده لمجموعة من الشروط التي جاءت غير مطابقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تسوية البنايات، رخصة البناء، شهادة المطابقة، تحقيق المطابقة.
