الملخص
شكل التحول الديمقراطي في الجزائر مؤشرات ايجابية خلال مراحل نضجه خصوصا ما تعلق منه بمجال الحقوق والحريات وفتح المجال أمام التعددية السياسية والجمعوية التي تعد احد أسس الديمقراطية والاتجاه نحو احتواء المجتمع المدني كفاعل أساسي في العملية التنموية للمجتمع، تمخض عنه مراجعة دستورية عدة مرات استقرت على التعديل الأخير لسنة 2020، الذي شكل هذا الأخير قمة النضج السياسي خصوصا ما تعلق باحتواء المجتمع المدني وإشراكه في تسيير الشؤون العمومية مع النص عليه صراحة ضمن النصوص الدستورية وتدعيمه بمرصد وطني للمجتمع المدني بهدف ترقية أدائه. The shape of democratic transformation in Algeria has shown positive indicators during its maturation stages, particularly concerning rights and freedoms, as well as the opening up to political and associative pluralism, which is one of the foundations of democracy. This has led to the inclusion of civil society as a key player in the developmental process of society. As a result, several constitutional reviews have taken place, culminating in the latest amendment of 2020. This amendment represents a peak of political maturity, especially regarding the inclusion of civil society and its participation in managing public affairs, as explicitly stated in the constitutional texts, and is supported by a national observatory for civil society aimed at enhancing its performance
