الملخص
شكل الجسد مادة دسمة للنظر والتأمل الفلسفي منذ الفلسفة اليونانيّة، ومن بعدها الدراسات الطبيّة باعتباره معطى بيولوجي، ولكن في العصر الحديث بدأ الاهتمام كمعطى اجتماعي ولهذا جاءت هذه الورقة العلميّة لتناول موضوع الجسد كمعطى ثقافي و اجتماعي في ضوء المقاربة الاسلاميّة، حيث تهد ف الى تحليل مفهوم الجسد في المنظور السوسيوديني، واستكشاف العلاقة بين الجسد والوعي الثقافي والاجتماعي في ضوء القيم الإسلامية، والنصوص الشرعية من أجل فهم أبعاد الهوية الجسدية والاجتماعية في الإسلام، حيث اعتمدت الورقة على المنهج الاستنباطي من أجل الوصول الى الحقيقة المعرفية باعتبار هذه الدراسة كيفية وتوصلت في النهاية أن المقاربة الاسلامية اهتمت بالجسد ضمن ثنائيات اجتماعية تعطي اهتماما به باعتباره كيان معرفي ثقافي واجتماعي يحمل مجموعة من القيّم الموجهة للفرد Abstract: The Body as a Subject of Reflection and Philosophical Inquiry The human body has long been a rich subject for philosophical contemplation, starting with Greek philosophy and later in medical studies, where it was considered a biological entity. However, in modern times, attention has shifted to the body as a social construct. This scientific paper addresses the topic of the body as a cultural and social phenomenon in light of the Islamic perspective. It aims to analyze the concept of the body from a socio-religious standpoint and explore the relationship between the body and cultural and social awareness within the framework of Islamic values and scriptural texts.The study seeks to understand the dimensions of bodily and social identity in Islam. The paper employs a deductive methodology to uncover epistemological truths, considering this as a qualitative study. Ultimately, it concludes that the Islamic perspective pays significant attention to the body within social dualities, recognizing it as an epistemological, cultural, and social entity that embodies a set of values guiding the individual.
