The Acompaniment And Integration House As A Mechanism To Reduce The Unemployment Of Young Graduates Of Vocational Training And Education Sector

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the effective role played by the Accompaniment and Integration House in reducing the unemployment of young graduates of vocational training and education sector to access the labor market or entrepreneurship, in coordination with the support and employment agencies, and we took the Accompaniment and Integration House of Blida as a case study, by presenting the most important House’s activities during the period from 2021 to 2024. The study concluded that the Accompaniment and Integration House of Blida has contributed significantly and clearly in reducing the unemployment of young graduates of vocational training due to its efforts and activities in the field of employment and entrepreneurship.
