The Dangers And Threats Of Cyberspace For National Security: The Case Study Of Egypt And Cyberterrorism.

Abstract
Abstract: Egypt is one of the countries that suffer from major security breaches by groups and organizations of violence and traditional and electronic terrorism. Therefore, this part will address the issue of the threats posed by the digital space to Egyptian national security, by focusing on the phenomenon of electronic terrorism and the efforts made by the Egyptian government and the security establishment to confront this phenomenon. And its regional and international impacts, The results indicated an increase in the rates of electronic crimes, which varied between promoting rumors, spreading vice, and terrorist violence, in addition to bullying, fraud, and electronic blackmail, and the growing role of actors, including activists, committees, electronic armies, and non-state actors in the cyber field, Study Proposals : Increasing awareness of the danger of cyberterrorism and ways to combat it using the latest technological technologies, while raising the necessary capabilities to develop and implement Egyptian strategies related to combating cyberterrorism. Keywords: Cyberspace, National security, Cyber threats, Cyber terrorism. ملخص اللغة العربية: تُعد مصر من الدول التي تعاني من خروقات أمنية كبيرة من قبل جماعات ومنظمات العنف والإرهاب التقليدي والإلكتروني، ومن ثم يظل الصراع بين الدولة والتنظيمات الإرهابية قائماً حتى الآن، ويتطور بتطور وسائل الاتصال والتقنية الحديثة، لذا تستهدف الدراسة التعرف على أشكال الصراع والتهديدات التي يشكلها الفضاء الرقمي للأمن القومي المصري، وذلك من خلال التركيز على ظاهرة الإرهاب الإلكتروني والجهود التي تبذلها الحكومة المصرية والمؤسسة الأمنية لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة، وتأثيراتها الإقليمية والدولية، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى ارتفاع معدلات الجرائم الإلكترونية، والتي تنوعت بين ترويج الشائعات والعنف الإرهابي، بالإضافة إلى أعمال البلطجة والاحتيال والابتزاز الإلكتروني، وتنامي دور الجهات الفاعلة من نشطاء ولجان وجيوش إلكترونية وجهات فاعلة غير حكومية في المجال السيبراني شكلت جزء كبير من الصراع بين الدولة والتنظيمات الارهابية، ومن ثم تقترح الدراسة ضرورة زيادة الوعي بخطر الإرهاب الإلكتروني وسبل مكافحته باستخدام التقنيات التكنولوجية من ذكاء اصطناعي وطائرات دارونز وخوارزميات وغيرها ، مع رفع القدرات اللازمة لتطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المصرية المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب الإلكتروني..
