الملخص
بعد إصدار مذكرة توقيف لبعض القادة الاسرائليين من طرف المحكمة الجنائية الدولية قدمت إسرائيل دفوعا وستقدم دفوعا أخرى أمام هده المحكمة، والغاية من وراء إثارة الدفوع تكمن في سعي إسرائيل لإطالة أمد الإجراءات وتوقيف الدعوى. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تمكن إسرائيل من درء المسؤولية عن رعاياها مرتكبي أشد الجرائم الدولية في قطاع غزة، لكنّنا نعتقد أنّها ستفشل في ذلك أمام نزاهة قضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية. After the issuance of an arrest warrant for some Israel leaders by the International Criminal Court, Israel has presented and will present other Challenges before this court. The purpose behind raising the Challenges is that Israel seeks to prolong the proceedings and stop the Case. This study aims to reveal the extent to which Israel is able to evade the responsibility for its nationals who committed the most serious international crimes in the Gaza Strip, however we believe that it will fail in this regard due to the integrity of the judges of the International Criminal Court.
