الملخص
تعد مذكرات سعد دحلب وير الشؤون الخارجية في الحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية. مصدرا مهما يكشف لنا عن مسار المفاوضات الجدية التي خاضتها قيادة الثورة التحريرية مع الجانب الاستعماري الفرنسي حتى تفصل في مصير الجزائر، بعد المناورات الكبيرة التي قامت بها السلطات الفرنسية حتى تطيل من أمد المفاوضات لأجل كسب المزيد من الوقت لعلها تجد حلولا تناسبها وتمكنها من الحصول على بعض الأهداف التي سطرتها للقضاء على نشاط جبهة التحرير الوطني، لكن المفاوضين الجزائريين أثبتوا حنكة سياسية ودبلوماسية كبيرة مكنتهم من كشف كل النوايا الفرنسية والدفاع عن المصالح الجزائرية بكل قوة وعزم أرغمت الجانب الفرنسي على الرضوخ والجلوس في طاولة المفاوضات. التي انتهت بتوقيع اتفاقيات إيفيان وتتويج الجهود الجزائرية بإنجاز المهمة التي أقرتها مواثيق الثورة الجزائرية. The memoirs of Saad Dahlab, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Provisional Government of the Algerian Republic, are an important source that reveals to us the course of the serious negotiations that order to decide the fate of Algeria after the great maneuvers carried out by the French authorities to prolong the negotiations in order to gain more time, perhaps finding solutions that suit them and enable the leadership of the liberation revolution undertook with the French colonial side, In them to obtain some of the goals they set in eliminating the activity of the National Liberation Front, But the Algerian negotiators demonstrated great political and diplomatic acumen that enabled them to uncover all French intentions and defend Algerian interests with all strength and determination, forcing the French side to submit and sit at the negotiating table, which ended with the signing of the Evian Accords and the crowning of Algerian efforts by accomplishing the mission stipulated by the charters of the Algerian Revolution.
