الملخص
تعتبر مدينة مليانة من الحواضر العلمية في المغرب الأوسط التي أخذت خلال العصر الوسيط إهتماما واضحا من الدول القائمة في المغرب الإسلامي، وشهدت ظهور الكثير من العلماء المنتمين لهذه المدينة، وكتب عنها المؤرخين والجغرافين والرحالة. لذلك تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لمناقشة موضوع المناصب السلطانية لعلماء حاضرة مليانة في المغرب الإسلامي بين القرن 7-10ه/13-16م، وذلك من خلال إبراز مدى مشاركة علماء مليانة في شؤون الحكم كأطراف فاعلة ضمن أجهزته التشريعية والتنفيدية كالقضاء، الولاية والكتابة الديوانية، وإظهار المكانة والاهتمام الذي لقيه علماء هذه الحاضرة من الطبقة الحاكمة في مختلف المناطق التي حلّوا بها، وكذلك تسليط الضوء على بعض التجاوزات التي قادها بعض علمائها كالفقهاء والمتصوفة في خروجهم عن الأنظمة الحاكمة كتمردات سياسية من جهة، وأيضا كطرق صوفية ناشطة في مجالات مليانة. The city of Meliana is considered one of the scientific cities in the Middle-Maghreb, which took a clear interest during the Middle Ages from the existing countries in the Islamic Maghreb, and witnessed the emergence of many scientists belonging to this specific city, for which historians, geographers and travellers left several writings. Most importantly, this research paper aims to discuss the topic of the Royal positions of the scholars of the Metropolis of Melilla in the Islamic Maghreb between the 07th – 10th H / 13th – 16th G centuries, by highlighting the extent of the participation of the scholars of Melilla in the government affairs as actors within its legislative and executive bodies, in respect such as the judiciary, the State and Diwan writing, in addition to highlighting some of the excesses led by some of its scholars, such as Jurists and Sufis, in their departure from the ruling regimes as political rebellions on the one hand, and also as Sufi methods active in the fields of Meliana.
