تداعيات الحرب في قطاع غزة على حق المواطن الفلسطيني في بيئة سليمة

الملخص
خلف العدوان الإسرائيلي الأخير الذي بدأ عقب أحداث أكتوبر 2023 آثار بيئية كارثية في قطاع غزة، حيث تسبب في أضرار جسيمة على البيئة يصعب حصرها. ويعتبر هذا العدوان الأشد دماراً والأكثر انتهاكاً لحقوق الإنسان، لا سيما حق المواطن الفلسطيني في بيئة سليمة. فقد شهد قطاع غزة غارات جوية مكثفة أسفرت عن دمار واسع للبنية التحتية، وألحقت أضرار بيئية فادحة مست عناصر البيئة الطبيعية والصناعية وحتى الثقافية للقطاع، وهو ما يستدعي تحركاً دولياً عاجلاً لوضع حد لهذه الانتهاكات التي لا تعد مجرد تجاوزات عسكرية بل تعتبر جرائم بيئية وإنسانية في حق المواطن الفلسطيني. The recent israeli aggression, which begon in the aftermath of the events of october 2023, has resulted in catastrophic environement. This assault is considered the most destructive and the most agregious in terms of human rights violations, particularly infringing upon the palestinion people’s right to a healthy environment. The gaza strip has been subjected to intensive airstrikes that have led to widespread destruction of infrastructure and caused severe environmental harm effecting the natural, industrial, and even cultural components of the region. These acts necessitate urgent international intervention to put an end to such violations, which go beyond mere military actions and amount to environmental and humanitarian crimes against the palestinian populations.
