الملخص
لقد أبانت الوسائل الكلاسيكية قصورا في مكافحة الجرائم التي تعتمد على استخدام وسائل مستحدثة ومتطورة تتسم بالتعقيد و الإمتداد حيث أصبحت تتعدى حدود الدولة الواحدة وتشكل خطرا محدقا على كل المجتمعات. وأمام هذا التحدي الكبير ، عمل المشرع الجزائري على استحداث آليات ذات طابع استثنائي ،تتماشى و متطلبات ضبط النمط الجديد للإجرام ، وذلك بموجب التعديل الذي مس قانون الإجراءات الجزائية رقم 06-22 إلى جانب نصوص قانونية أخرى وكذا ابرام اتفاقيات دولية ذات العلاقة بهذا المجال وهذا في سبيل التصدي للجرائم الخطيرة التي حددها المشرع على سبيل الحصر .
