Abstract
This study outlines the methodology and application of the sensitivity analysis technique in evaluating investment projects for risk assessment. In order to study a real example, the construction works project located in Annaba and financed by the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, was selected as a case study. When applying sensitivity analysis to changes in three key variables cash flow, discount rate and investment cost. It was concluded that sensitivity of the project’s NPV to changes in cash flow was more than the other two variables.
