ملخص: إن من أهم الدلائل التي ذكرها العلماء للعلة مخالفة الراوي لغيره، فمتى وقع الخلاف في رواية حديث من الأحاديث دل على حصول الخطأ فيها في الغالب، إلا أنه تارة يحكم أئمة الحديث بصحة الوجهين، معتمدين في ذلك على قرائن تصحب الخبر تدل على أن الوجهين محفوظان، وأن الراوي حدث بالوجهين كليهما، فجاء هذا البحث لجمع وبيان هذه القرائن التي يستدل بها هؤلاء الأئمة على ذلك، من خلال تتبع أحكام الإمام الحافظ أبي حاتم الرازي في كتاب العلل لابنه عبد الرحمن. وقد كشف البحث عن خمس قرائن استعملها الإمام أبو حاتم الرازي في ترجيحه لصحة الوجهين، وهذه القرائن تدل على عمق فهم الأئمة المتقدمين، ودقة علم العلل Abstract: One of the most important indications that scholars have mentioned for the defect is the narrator’s contradiction with others. Whenever a disagreement occurs in the narration of a hadith, it usually indicates that there is an error in it. However, sometimes the imams of hadith rule on the authenticity of both sides, relying on indications that accompany the report indicating that both sides are preserved, and that the narrator narrated both sides. This research came to collect and explain these indications that these imams use as evidence for this, by following the rulings of Imam Al-Hafiz Abu Hatim Al-Razi in the book "AL-illal" by his son Abdul Rahman. The research revealed five indications that Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi used in his preference for the authenticity of the two sides. These indications indicate the depth of understanding of the early imams and the accuracy of the science of hadith
