Abstract

This study aimed to know the level of self-esteem in adolescents attempting suicide, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the clinical approach using her tools represented in the interview semi-directed and the Cooper Smith self-esteem scale, and it was applied to two cases living in Constantine between the ages of 17 and 19, at the Constantine University Hospital. The study concluded that self-esteem appears at a low level in both teenage girls who attempt suicide, and based on the study results, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions هدفت هذه الدراسة الي معرفة مستوى تقدير الذات عند المراهقة المحاولة للانتحار ، و لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج العيادي مستخدمة ادواته المتمثلة في المقابلة النصف موجهة و مقياس تقدير الذات ل كوبر سميث ، وقدم تم تطبيقه على حالتين تقطنان بمدينة قسنطينة تتراوح أعمارهما بين 17 و 19 سنة و ذلك بالمستشفى الجامعي لقسنطينة . وخلصت الدراسة الي انه يظهر تقدير الذات بمستوى منخفض لدى المراهقتين المحاولتين للانتحار ،وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات . الكلمات المفتاحية تقدير الذات - المراهقة -الانتحار - محاولة الانتحار.
