شكل النظام السياسي في دول ما بعد النزاع الدولي المسلح

الملخص
ملخص: لقد نصت جميع القوانين الدولية والوطنية على أن من حق الأمم والشعوب تأسيس الأنظمة السياسية التي تريد العيش في كنفها بكل حرية وسيادة، هذا التأسيس الذي لا بد أن يراعي هوية هذه الأمم والشعوب وخلفيتها الحضارية، ونموذجها المعرفي، وأن يراعي إرادتها وسيادتها، من أجل البحث عن أفضل أسلوب لخدمتها ورعاية مصالحها، وضمان مستقبل هذه البلدان، بعيدا عن أي شكل من أشكال الإلحاق والهيمنة الناعمة أو الصلبة للوصول إلى التنمية المستدامة، وهذا خلاف الواقع المر الذي تعاني منه الأمم والشعوب المستضعفة في المجتمع الدولي المعاصر. Abstract: All international and national laws stipulate that nations and peoples have the right to establish the political systems within which they wish to live, with complete freedom and sovereignty. This establishment must take into account the identity of these nations and peoples, their cultural background, and their cognitive model, and must take into account their will and sovereignty, in order to search for the best method to serve them, protect their interests, and guarantee the future of these countries, far from any form of soft or hard annexation and hegemony to achieve sustainable development. This is contrary to the bitter reality that weak nations and peoples suffer from in the contemporary international community.
