The Emergence And Expansion Of Territorial Attractiveness ''the Swot Analysis Of The Municipality Of Oran''

Abstract
The policy of attractiveness has become a central issue for territories in a globalised world. It requires a balanced approach between economic competitiveness, social inclusion and respect for the environment. To maximize the attractiveness and meet the needs of the different audiences while preserving the identity of the territory. A strategy adapted to each territory is based on an analysis of its specificities, the involvement of local actors and targeted communication. Oran has significant potential to attract investment, talent and tourists, thanks to its strategic position, infrastructure and economic and cultural assets. However, more efforts are needed to optimize its attractiveness in the long term.
