Our article examines the impact of communication related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities during a crisis, with particular attention paid to the COVID-19 health shock and the wildfires that affected the country during the same period. By exploring the crucial role of CSR communication in crisis management, we demonstrate how it can influence stakeholder perception and mitigate the negative effects on businesses. Through an in-depth theoretical analysis and a case study of the national Algerian company, specifically the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company SONELGAZ, we highlight the importance of transparent and consistent communication to maintain a positive reputation and enhance organizational resilience.
