الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف على كفاءة رأس المال المخاطر باعتباره آلية حديثة على توفير تمويل للمؤسسات الناشئة يمكنها من تلبية احتياجات و متطلبات المؤسسات الناشئة من اجل تمكينها من تنفيذ أنشطتها وضمان إستمراريتها في السوق، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف ارتأينا بدراسة حالة المؤسسة المالية الجزائرية للمساهمة finalepحيث تمكنا من التعرف عليها والتطرق إلى أهم مساهمتها و أنشطتها وذلك بالاعتماد على دراسة وصفية وتحليلية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة على أن مؤسسة finalep ساهمت بشكل كبير في انتعاش و تعزيز هذا النوع من المؤسسات وهذا عن طريق دعمه الفني و الإداري لها يتلاءم مع طبيعتها و أهميتها. This study aims to demonstrate the extent to which risk capital contributes as a modern financing technique to the financing of emerging enterprises that enables them to meet the needs and requirements of emerging enterprises to enable them to carry out their activities and ensure their continuity in the market In order to achieve this goal, we have decided to examine the situation of the Algerian financial institution to contribute finalepe, where we have been able to identify it and address its most important contribution and activities by drawing on a descriptive and analytical study, This study concluded that the finalep Foundation has contributed significantly to the recovery and strengthening of this type of institution through its technical and administrative support suited to its nature and importance.
