مهارات أخصائي المعلومات في حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات: المكتبة الرئيسة للمطالعة العمومية ونزار عبد الكريم بسعيدة نموذجا

ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مهارات أخصائي المعلومات في حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات بشكل عام وبالمكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية ونزار عبد الكريم بسعيدة على وجه الخصوص، بالإضافة أيضا لحصر أهم الصعوبات والعراقيل التي يواجهها أخصائي المعلومات في اكتساب هذه المهارات الجديدة، واعتمدنا عينة عشوائية من خمسون (50) فرد. تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في استقراء استمارات الاستبيان المعتمدة وتحليل إجابات المبحوثين وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أغلبية أفراد عينة الدراسة (66%) غير مختصين في ميدان المكتبات، ولديهم ضعف في بعض المهارات التكنولوجية والإدارية، فحثت الدراسة على ضرورة تدعيم البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات محل الدراسة، والحرص على تدريب أخصائيي المعلومات في مجال حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال الاستعانة بمتخصصين في هذا مجال. Abstract: This study seeks to identify the skills of the information and library specialist in information technology governance in general and in the main library for public reading wanzar Abdel Karim in Saida in particular, in addition to also identifying the most important difficulties and obstacles that the information specialist faces in acquiring these new skills. We adopted a random sample of fifty (50) individual. The descriptive analytical method was employed in extrapolating the approved questionnaire forms and analyzing the answers of the respondents. The results of the study showed that the majority of the study sample members (66%) are not specialists in the field of libraries. It also found that workers have weaknesses in some technological and administrative skills, so the study urged the necessity of strengthening the information technology infrastructure under study, and ensuring the training of information specialists in the field of information technology governance through the assistance of specialists in this field.
