Training Engineering In The Service Of Professionalization Case Study “hassen Badi El Harrach Hospital, Algiers, Algeria”

Abstract
The objective of this research work is to clarify and enlighten the training engineering role ,the steps of the formation program as well as the used tools, in the purpose of the professionalisation of midwifery occupation in Algeria in general and in Algiers precisely at Hassen Badi El Harrach hospital in particular .For that ,interviews were implemented with the responsible of the process of midwifery formation, followed by the documentary of data analysis along with decrees related to the Algerian ministry of public health requirements. After defining the formation process applied by the hospital seeking the development of midwifery formation programs, we have affirmed that the training engineering stages are meticulously implemented, nevertheless, their application remains implicit and consequently unannounced.
