Abstract

In a sports and economic environment undergoing profound transformations, especially with the rapid growth of modern technology, sports institutions face major challenges and different management approaches. Through effective human resource management, these institutions can achieve many competitive advantages that enable them to address challenges and ensure continuity and survival. Therefore, in this study, we addressed the key features of using information and communication technology in managing human resources within sports institutions.
